The Receiver does not represent either the SEC or the defendants in this case. Important Notice to Potential Claimants: On February 1, 2019, the Court approved the proposed claims process, notice procedures, and bar date. A copy of the Court-approved notice of claims bar date is here. Any person seeking to submit a claim for recovery must do so by 11:59 p.m. (U.S. Central Time) on Tuesday, May 7, 2019. Any claim forms received after this bar date will not be considered.
